Q: I have received a defective / damaged product, can I get it back?

If the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return the product in the same condition that you received it with the original box intact and / or the packaging is intact, once we receive the returned product, we will check it, and if it is found that the product is defective or damaged, we will return the value of the product paid with Any shipping charges paid on request within 15 working days.

Q: Can I return my product after payment?

Q: What does "product retail packaging" mean that has never been opened (closed / riveted box)?

Means that the product is new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The package should be the same when delivered to you.

Q: Can I return a product through my courier company or deliver it in person anywhere?

Yes, you can ship the goods to our warehouse directly after the return request has been confirmed by us.

Q: Who pays shipping fees when returning the product?

In the event that a damaged, defective, or faulty product is received by us, the company will bear all the shipping costs, otherwise the customer will bear the full shipping costs after the return request is confirmed.
